Admission

Required Documents

 In order to receive student's invitation letter you will have to provide with the following information and the following personal documents or e-mail this information:

  1. Citizenship,
  2. Name, Surname,
  3. Date & place of birth,
  4. Sex,
  5. Passport number,
  6. Passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
  7. Phone number, e-mail address,
  8. Permanent address,
  9. A copy of the passport (pages with the photograph, date of birth and passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
  10. Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education.

Invitation applications are accepted from the March every year until first of November. It takes from 10 to 15 days to process the documents with the Ministry of Higher Education of Turkey. Upon receiving the invitation letter, the student must contact the Embassy of Turkey in his / her country in order to apply for the student's visa.

For Getting The Invitation Letter

  • International Passport
  • Copy of School leaving certificate ( Certificate of O level/A level /SSCE/ HSSCE/ WAEC/ NECO/Bachelor/Master’s )
  • Filled Application Form
  • Invitation Letter  + Courier Charges:   350 USD

For Student Visa: 

The following documents must be provided:

  1. Application form
  2. 3 photographs (3x4cm)
  3. Original invitation letter sent to you by express post
  4. Medical health certificate
  5. Certificates of Completed Higher Secondary Education

A representative will meet the student at the airport holding company name board and accompany him/her to the university and the students' hostel. Company must be informed of the flight details (flight number, date and time of arrival, city of arrival and name of airport) seven days in advance.
